The pillows and duvets throughout our house are filled with synthetic materials.

We are happy to help you make appointments for doctors, massages, tennis, etc. To plan tours or sightseeing trips around Heidelberg, you can also contact the tourist information office, which is located at Heidelberg Central Station.

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Late arrivals are possible at any time and does not require prior notification. If you plan to arrive earlier, please notify our staff in advance.

If you require a bathroom stool, we will be happy to provide one for you upon request.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer breakfast at our hotel. However, there are numerous bakeries and cafés within walking distance of our hotel. For bakeries, you can visit Bäckerei Riegler (400 m), Markt-Bäckerei Scheck (400 m), or Bergheimer Bäckerladen und Frühstücks-Café (600 m). You can also help yourself to baked goods at Kaufland (110 m). There are also other cafés in our vicinity, such as the P11 Café Bar (200m), Café Nomad Weststadt (350 m), Kaffeezimmer (350 m), and Literaturcafé (400 m).

We will be happy to bring a coffee machine and equipment to your room on request.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you plan to depart later, please notify our staff in advance.

Each room has an escape route plan with a description of the escape routes and what to do in case of fire. Please take a close look at the route plan and never use the elevator in case of a fire.

You will find a hair dryer in your room.

You can use our “WLAN” network free of charge with the password “Heidelberg”.

We are happy to provide an iron and ironing board on request. Please contact our staff by phone or WhatsApp.

We will be happy to issue an invoice for your stay. Please contact our staff about this.

The laundry room with the washing machine is in the basement of the stairwell at Kurfürsten-Anlage 49.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in our building and in all rooms. If you fail to comply with this prohibition, we will unfortunately have to charge you €500 for special cleaning. If you cause the fire department to be called out through your own fault, you will also be charged for this.

We are happy to provide additional pillows free of charge upon request. We are also happy to accommodate your requests for pillows with different fillings and sizes. Simply let our staff know.

We are happy to make copies or printouts of files for you, simply note our staff about this.

Free parking spaces with limited capacity are available across the street from the "Kurfürsten-Anlage". For additional parking options, please use the nearby public and paid parking garages, such as the Scheck-in Center parking garage , P17, P1, or P15.

As a rule, we clean rooms daily. If you do not require this service or do not wish to be disturbed, please indicate this by hanging the red card outside of your door. Towels will only be replaced if you indicate this by leaving your towels on the floor.

Your room key will be deposited in a key box before your arrival. You will be informed of the exact box number and the corresponding PIN before your arrival. The room key grants you access to the building and your respective room. Upon departure, please leave your key card on the table in your room and close the door behind you.

There are several shopping and supermarket facilities in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, such as Kaufland (110 m), Scheck-in Center (400 m), and Denns BioMarkt (400 m). Please check the opening hours. If you need anything on sunday or public holidays, you can also visit Rossmann (400 m) at the main train station.

Our hotel rooms and corridors are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of an alarm, please follow the instructions on the escape plan in your room and never use the elevator.

All our rooms are already equipped with towels. If you need additional towels, we will be happy to bring you more. Please contact our staff if you require more.
